Team Giving

Trudy is a member of the Rotary Passport Club. Having worked with the Boys and Girls Club for a number of years, she and her partner Cynthia Woods saw a need to connect volunteers with non profit service organizations an they formed “Team Giving” in February of 2016. Since then they have coordinated 90 projects for 40 non profits and enabled 600 volunteers to log over 2000 volunteer hours. Many companies now pay employees to volunteer time for community service. “Team Giving” finds non profits for them to work with and coordinates their efforts. They are currently working with 45 non profit organizations.
