South Placer Rotary Club is Hosting a Halloween drive-thru! Join us in bringing the Rocklin Business community and residents together for some laughter and fun.
The Happy Halloween Treat Drive
Oct. 31, 6:00 – 8:00 pm
RC Willey Parking lot next to Sportsmen’s Warehouse
(Set up for sponsors and volunteers 5:30 pm)
We are working alongside businesses, the Chamber of Commerce and local officials in Rocklin to create a fun, friendly, safe, supportive, community event this Halloween!
Rotary is an organization all about building community connections and giving to those in need. We believe we are building an event giving our community a chance to have fun, smile and laugh together and that is something many people need right now. Come help us build on the connections in Rocklin.
RC Willey is allowing us the use of their parking lot to set up a treat drive-thru. Families can roll their windows down about half way, we will attach provided treat bags with suction cups. Volunteer “treat distributors” and local businesses sponsoring our event will hand out candy and treats into the bags.
We have consulted a number of officials including the county health department to be sure we are following the safest protocols possible while we are having our fun.
Costumes and car decorations that don’t interfere with the driver’s vision are encouraged for all family participants!
Costumes and decorations that don’t require power and don’t impede mobility are encouraged for on site sponsors!
We have defined safety guidelines for our volunteers and our business sponsors and participating families.

We are asking for a $5 voluntary donation per child.
Please register for a ticket for each participant and you chose your level of donation. All children are welcome.
Our cost per child is low and voluntary because of our local businesses supporting our event and community. Return here after the event for a list these companies and show them appreciation by becoming a customer!
