Speech Contest

The Speech Contest is an annual event held in February/March of each year. The contest will take place, as always, during our Wednesday lunch meeting. The meeting starts at 11:30.  Food will be served between 11:30 and 12:00. The Doors will be closed during speeches, and entrance will be available only between speakers. Please be sure to come early and support the students.

The Speech Contest is an annual event held in February or March of each year.  A finite number of students from local high schools work with their Advisors and Rotary Representatives to develop and present a speech to the sponsoring Rotary Club. Winners then proceed to the District Semi-Finals and the National Final. Cash prizes are given at each level.
