DESCRIPTION:The Speech Contest is an annual event held in February/March of
  each year. The contest will take place\, as always\, during our Wednesda
 y lunch meeting. The meeting starts at 11:30.  Food will be served betwee
 n 11:30 and 12:00. The Doors will be closed during speeches\, and entrance
  will be available only between speakers. Please be sure to come early and
  support the students. The Speech Contest is an annual event held in Febru
 ary or March of each year.  A finite number of students from local high s
 chools work with their Advisors and Rotary Representatives to develop and 
 present a speech to the sponsoring Rotary Club. Winners then proceed to t
 he District Semi-Finals and the National Final. Cash prizes are given at e
 ach level.
