 s week is our annual Speech Contest. We will have students from three loca
 l high schools competing.  The winner will move on to the District 5180 co
 ntest. The Speech Contest is an annual event held in Feb/March of each yea
 r.  A finite number of students from local high schools work with their A
 dvisors and Rotary Representatives to develop and present a speech to the 
 sponsoring Rotary Club.  Winners then go on to the District Semi-Finals a
 nd the National Final. Cash prizes are given at each level.
