 ortunities to volunteer directly with the Placer SPCA\, including morning 
 setup and helping direct vendors to their assigned booth spaces. Because o
 f the early program start\, SPCA volunteers need to arrive between 5:30–
 5:45 AM. Yes… that is technically morning! Whether you want to help at o
 ur Rotary booth or volunteer directly with the SPCA\, please reach out to
