Sean "Sparky" Walsh is a registered dietitian and chef at the Reno Veteran's Hospital.   After the Marine Corps, Sparky earned a Bachelors of Science in Food Science from Central Washington University and then completed a medical internship to be fully accredited as a Registered Dietitian. He is also a member of the High Sierra Chefs Association and has cooked for the Edible Pedal 100.
