100 Things to Do in Reno Before You Die

Communication strategist Mikalee Byerman (which rhymes with “Prickly Fireman” in case you’re wondering) is an author, humor essayist, travel writer and speaker. Her day job is serving as Vice President of Strategy for the Estipona Group, a Reno-based advertising agency.

Her debut book is "Things to Do in Reno Before You Die.” Her writing has been featured on the Huffington Post and TIME Magazine's websites, in Ladies’ Home Journal, Southwest Spirit Magazine, Alaska Airlines Magazine, among other publications.

She was just recently voted “Best Creative Writer 2018” in the Reno News & Review’s Best of Northern Nevada contest.
