April 22 Club Membership Meeting: Club Assembly, Getting Ready for The Big Fundraiser!

We're in the final week of preparation for one of the area's biggest fundraisers, the 15th Annual Crab and BBQ Beach Party!
This week's meeting will be a Club Assembly devoted to going over the final organizational and logistical details for the fundraiser. Event committee chairs will be going over the tasks and making assignments to the committee members.
It's important that all members attend this week's Club Assembly.
Also, members, please, bring to the meeting any raffle sales and/or unsold raffle tickets.
Members are reminded that everyone is needed for Friday night and Saturday morning set-up at the Boys and Girls Club.
Proceeds from the event fund local youth college scholarships, youth leadership programs and warm clothing and coats for our local elementary schools, vital dental services for our local veterans, community service projects and international campaigns such as polio eradication, rural health clinics in Uganda, and clean water projects in El Salvador and Panama.
There are still a few seats still available for this fun and entertaining event.
