Rotarian Bill Abramson got pinned by Lisa Monday. Bill has earned his Blue Badge after joining Quincy Rotary in January, learning the ropes from his Sponsor Richard Stockton, and volunteering for events like Ground Hogs Day and the annual Golf Tournament.
