Spring is here as well as several Rotary events! Mark your calendar for the April 11 social honoring Bob and Mary Edwards, and learning about how Green Horn Ranch is thriving. Sell those tee signs and sign up to play or work at our biggest fundraiser of the year- the Golf Tournament set for May 7 when the weather will be a perfect 68 degrees!!.

Do you enjoy yard work and being outside? Watch for opportunities to work on the triangle, and also clean up our sections of the highway in East Quincy and north of the college.
Last week's speaker
Sue Weber updated us on the progress being made in Greenville. She reported that the their Rotary Club has grown to 26 members and they had completed a comprehensive housing assessment. She urged the county to develop a comprehensive economic development strategy to qualify for federal funds, and announced that the Charter Elementary School was up and running in Taylorsville. She shared how young people are giving back with their technology skills, and that several pop up businesses are up and running.
Member of the Week
Tim Gallagher earned this award by helping us celebrate St.. Patrick's Day with his shirt depicting his Irish heritage with different colors standing for Catholics, Protestants, and the unity between them. Thanks Tim, for your fashion sense!
