The Flu Shot Drive through event is scheduled for Thursday October 21st. At that time we will also ask for donations for the polio eradication campaign. Details of time and place will be announced soon. Make sure to sign up to help!
Sue Weber was our speaker. Sue has had experience providing disaster relief working closely with Mother Teresa in India. She has developed a data base of 688 community members in Greenville who are in need of housing assistance. These individuals will be followed and offered assistance over a several year period. She challenged all Rotarians to assist with rebuilding Greenville including the business community.
Andy Ryback, our Assistant District Governor, and President of Plumas Bank is our member of the week. Andy secured a conference room at the Administrative Office Building of Plumas Bank for our club to meet in the weeks to come as we wait for fire fighters to vacate the Fair Grounds. Thanks Andy for making this arrangement!
