Welcome to another issue of our weekly bulletin! Find out where we went at our last meeting, where to look for Quincy Rotary news, where to meet this Monday after being relocated for almost a month and who the Member of the Week is.
Sage & Salt Fusions
Quincy Rotary savored multiple dishes prepared by Erin Baumier and Haley Michael at their restaurant Sage & Salt in Downtown Quincy on Monday evening. Dishes included Spring Rolls, the Hummus Platter and Chicken Skewers along with Edamame. Edamame is an East Asian dish prepared with immature soybeans in their pods, which are boiled or steamed, and may be served with salt or other condiments like dipping sauces. The sauce options are varied and include Buttermilk Ranch, Chipotle Creme, Cilantro Lime, Creamy Teriyaki,Hoisin BBQ, Spicy Tahini and Wasabi.
Monday was a great opportunity for QR to try the new unique fusions on Sage & Salt's menu!
