Last week's speakers
Shelly Morrison and Sheila Vargas, coordinators of Plumas Community Hospice, explained how Hospice assists people at the end of their lives to "cross over" peacefully. The non-profit organization utilizes volunteers who are assigned to families and are there for them throughout the dying process providing guidance and support. Hospice is a non-profit organization which relies on donations.
Member of the Week
Herschel Beail is always there for us, setting up and tearing down every meeting, and this week he also set up a meeting for the past presidents to who choose the president elect.
