After debating if the weather would be an obstacle to pick up the trash along Highway 70 in East Quincy, nine energetic Rotarians showed up and completed the task. Chief Supervisor Fred Surber once again provided outstanding guidance on the areas in need of attention. The Rotary Club of Quincy has assumed responsibility for several sections of Highway 70 as part of their community service.
