After months of not being present at Quincy Rotary Club meetings, Mr. Felker proudly holds the Rotary Bell. Shortly after becoming President, Mr. Felker found that the bell had disappeared during his first meeting. Mr. Felker made earnest efforts to locate the Bell throughout the year and recently made an emotional plea for the Bell to return. The two were reunited though it took a significant donation to the Quincy Polio Fund for that to happen. Mr. Bell is excited to be back at our meetings.
