Rotary Club of Portola - City Pool Re-dedication

Representatives of the Rotary Club of Portola, the City of Portola and the Portola Area Historical Society planned a formal rededication program. Members of the community and family members of Dr. James Coulter were joined together on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. for the special ceremony.
