The Rotary Club of Minden was founded in 1926, and has about 40 members from the Carson Valley area including Minden, Gardnerville and Genoa.
Our mission is "Serving Children at Risk.” Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace. Although Minden Rotary traditionally has invitation-based membership, we are always looking for new members who want to actively serve the community, and have fun with a group of our community's leaders. Minden Rotary has no lower or upper age limits, and we are happy to meet people of strong character and initiative to be a part of our work.
