Our speaker for April's First Friday luncheon is Kathy Kwiat-Hess, Past District Governor, member of the Rockford Rotary, and current District Foundation Chairperson. This will be a great opportunity to learn about the Rotary Foundation and why each Rotarian should commit to becoming a Paul Harris Fellow.

We will be presenting Paul Harris Awards for those who have earned them. If you are a Paul Harris Fellow, please wear your ribbons and pins to show your support.

More Donations Needed

Our club recently awarded the Elizabeth Community Library a grant of $1,000 as part of our Rotary District 6420's challenge. This works out to $25 per Rotarian, and we are asking our members to each donate $25 to prevent us from using our strategic reserves.

To date, only about 1/3 of the club have participated - if you haven't donated yet, please do so now at https://www.galenarotary.org/.
