Our Friends Jim Baranksi, pictured,
and Brad Petersburg, not pictured, will present their plans for a bypass
from Highway 20 to Blackjack Road.
Ideas include the bypass,
workforce housing, nature trails, parking and shuttle stop, daycare, and more.
There will be a celebration of life
for Scott Lawlor from 1:00 - 3:30pm on June 6th at the
Grand River Center in Dubuque.
