Derby Donations

 

It's time to collect items for the auction! View items collecte so fare at www.rotaryderby.com/.  

Fill out 1 donation form for each item that you collect.  If you collect two identical items (and they are to be sold separately), fill out two forms.  Forms can be downloaded from www.RotaryDerby.com.

 

Some items are too big to collect ahead of time, and you'll need to arrange for pickup the day of the auction.  If you need help, please let us know so we can schedule someone to assist you.  Please fill out a donation form and submit it to Andy Willis to be included in the program.

 

All other items should be delivered to Willis Computer Solutions at 800 Spring Street, Suite 101.
