Today we welcome Nicole Zook, Executive Director for the Youth Service Bureau. She will give us a look into their mission "To strengthen and empower youth, families, and communities through effective counseling, prevention, and leadership."

 

 

 

Marcy presented a very informative, albeit sobering, look at the challenges our society faces with Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) in children in Rock Island County. 

 

Driven lately by the proliferation and ease of which children can access porn, PSB is a problem that is plaguing the country, if not the world.

 

The Children's Advocacy Center uses Evidence Based Treatment and the staff are trained by the University of Oklahoma in Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
