Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA)

The mission of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) is to lead cooperative efforts to preserve, restore, and enhance the unique natural and human environment of the Lake Tahoe Region, while improving local communities, and people’s interactions with our irreplaceable environment. Established in 1969, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency was the nation’s first bi-state regional environmental planning agency.\ and it operates under a bi-state compact.  TRPA is charged with regional planning, development and redevelopment oversight, regulatory enforcement, and implementation of environmental protection and restoration programs for the Lake Tahoe Region.

The Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club is delighted that Ms. Regan will present to Rotarians and the public about the ongoing policy efforts of the TRPA. The presentation will take place at the Tahoe Blue Event Center located at 75 Hwy 50, in Stateline, Nevada 89449
