This year’s annual Children's Christmas Party date has been set and y'all invited!

Tahoe Douglas Rotary Children’s Christmas Party

Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel (formerly known as Embassy Suites) at Stateline

Sunday 5th December, 12noon – 3pm  (be there at 11:30 am please)

This years’ Party will take the place of our regular meeting on Friday 3rd to encourage attendance, fellowship and witness first-hand what we do within the community.  The party is for all Rotarians and their families as well as children and their families referred from Live Violence Free

 Members who paid the meal assessment for Q1 2021-2022 Rotary year  will have their meal paid for by the Club

All other members and non-members will need to pay at the door

$25 per Adult (12yrs & older for meals) and $13 per Child aged 2 yrs - 11yrs

If you would like TDRC to purchase a gift for your child to be presented by Santa, please add $20 per child for their gifts

Your help is needed:-

• Group of volunteers to shop for individual gifts for the children in Carson City ....the exact date is yet to be determined ahead of Nov 23rd, depending on volunteers and weather
• Gift wrapping where we can also enjoy fellowship, appetizers and libations as we gift wrap and organize (at graciously offered business premises of our fellow Rotarian, Mei) on:- 23rd November from 5pm - 8pm at 218 Elks Point Rd., Roundhill, Zephyr Cove
• Elves (qualifies for community service credit for school)
• $$$$  any contribution will be very much appreciated and helps us buy those little extras for the children who may not receive anything else this holiday season due to their family situation
