Book Sale - March 26 - April 1

The Club's annual book sale is approaching and volunteers are needed for the many parts that make up a successful event. Please sign up for some of the shifts coming up and let Mike Watkins know you will be there to help.

March 24^th – approximately 4:30 pm to 6:30 PM; load tables from Rotary storage into rental cube van; take to Penticton Curling Club, unload & set up. Physically able bodied folks only, please.

March 25^th – load books from The Cannery Trade Center to the cube van for transport to the Penticton Curling Club. Unload trays/boxes to designated tables (signed). Windward Software group to set up and test Point of Sale equipment.

March 26^th – April 1^st inclusive: Book Sale (various 4 hour timetables to volunteer for selling to be determined at later date). Times generally from 10 AM to 6 PM inclusive

April 2^nd - teardown, loading of unsold books into bins provided by other for transport to Greater Vancouver, cleanup. Usually around midday for about 2/3 hours

One featuring the next student of the month and the other highlighting the new reading chair at the Library.
