- Club must have ownership of ‘signature’ (large) projects.
- Service work must do community good & benefit groups over individual(s).
- Activities are fun and provide fellowship and personal satisfaction for club members.
- Club keeps year-round calendar of activities with clearly defined start and end dates.
- Projects should have lasting benefits (and be sustainable)
- Activities involve maximum club membership (e.g., committees & work parties).
- Projects must fill a void and not duplicate what others already do.
- Members follow Rotary’s 4-Way Test in all they think, say or do.
