Paul is the new Coordinator of Emergency Management for the region. He is somewhat newly arrived from Wales, so we've tried to book him before he loses the accent. Members of our club have volunteered to provide emergency support during past flooding and fires. Paul will tell us a little about himself and update us on emergency planning for the South Okanagan/Similkameen.

Amanda & Paul own the McPhail Kilt Makers business in Penticton. The hand make kilts for people throughout north America. They also assisted Rotary by promoting & supplying props for the Rotary Scotch Tasting event. Amanda will give a brief history of kilts and will discuss kilt making.
