Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, + Belonging Seminar

In keeping with RI President Jennifer Jones' Message on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) (available at https://my.rotary.org/en/news-media/office-president/presidential-message), the leadership team of District 5930 believes in exemplifying and embracing DEI + Belonging (DEI+B). These four concepts help us treat everyone with dignity and respect, allow everyone’s voice to be heard, and provide equitable opportunities for fellowship, service, and leadership. This philosophy serves as a step forward for peace in the world. Consequently, we encourage all clubs in our district to consider incorporating these principles into their operational structure as they deem appropriate.
