The Rotary Club of Kelowna Sunrise will be launching the 2018 3rd Annual Interior Savings Sunrise Rotary RibFest, scheduled for August 24-26th, at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 15th near the Cenotaph in City Park.  It is an official launch party that will be attended by the media, sponsors, fellow Rotarians and their families, and invited dignitaries.

Along with key sponsors and dignitaries present, Montana’s BBQ will be grilling up ribs and Kelowna Mayor Colin Basran will do the official Rib Cutting.  Pop and water will be served and onlookers will get a preview of the fantastic entertainment lined up for the RibFest.  Kim Foreman-Rhindress of Kitsch ‘n Sync and Jim Rhindress of Cover-2-Cover will both perform at the Launch Party.

The third annual event’s major beneficiary this year will be JoeAnna’s House, a home-away-from-home for family members who have loved ones receiving treatment at Kelowna General Hospital.  Admission to the event is free and it will run from 12pm-9pm on August 24th and 25th and 12pm-7pm on Sunday the 26th.
