Planning for the 2019 Fourth Annual Interior Savings Rotary Sunrise Rotary RibFest, also known as the Kelowna RibFest, is in high gear as the various committees under the guidance and leadership of Chris Murphy, this year’s RibFest Chair, continue to explore and build on past experience to provide the community and the thousands of guests with the best 2019 Summer Festival that Kelowna offers.
The Ribbers that offered their fantastic barbeque ribs in 2018 will be back again along with many local vendors offering other food choices. This year, Pacific Brewing will be the sponsor and supplier of beverages for the Beverage Garden; and the festival will welcome back Interior Savings Credit Union as our title sponsor, along with sponsorship commitments to date from Save-on-Foods and Montana’s. The new site plan for the RibFest will offer a new and improved family area with many new activities and attractions. While the entertainment lineup has still not been finalized, the RibFest planners are expecting a fantastic lineup which will provide an exciting eclectic stage performance.
The Kelowna RibFest will take place from Noon to 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, August 23-24 and from Noon to 7:00 pm on in Sunday, August 25.
