When was the last time you checked out our Club’s webpage, I mean really looked, and investigated, and searched behind the first page? When was the last time you hoovered over the tabs to see what was available through the drop down options. You know if you don’t look you don’t find, and if you don’t find you don’t learn. You would be surprised what you can find.
Our very own Brian took it upon himself to try and give us some insight into our webpage and inspire all of us to think how we can improve it. Thanks Brian job well done.
There is information that the general ‘public’ can see, but when you log in, well there is so much more to discover. Go on you know you want to, and don’t worry you can’t break it.
Things you can see just be looking include contact details of Rotarians, not only from our own Club but others as well. You are also able to read recent bulletins, stories, Paul Harris Fellows, birthdays, upcoming events, but wait, wait I am not going to tell you anymore, I would not want to deprive you of the pleasure of discovery.
So here is your challenge, grab yourself a drink, some snacks, family and friends and go on an exploration event of our webpage. Whilst exploring ask yourself and your guests the following questions: What do you like about the webpage and what not so much? What do you want and like and what can included to enhance it? What don’t you want or like and what can be amended or removed? Any other suggestions or recommendations? We know everyone should have at least one idea.
Remember this is our Club’s webpage, this is what the public sees and gives them an image of our Club and what it represents. It may even encourage others to join our great Club!
