Blayney Rotonotes for Wednesday 17th November 2021
Tonight we have our Club A.G.M. , when we elect office holders for the 2022/23 Rotary year, amongst other things. This has been a very short AGM in recent years , and tonight is unlikely to be different, with no changes to the constitution or by-laws up for discussion.
The agenda will be available on the night.
Please bring your proof of Vaccination with you to save any embarrassment at the door.

Please note that we are all responsible for clearing the tables of glasses and rubbish at the end of the night.
The Pack-up people are only responsible for putting the club paraphernalia away in the cupboards in the store room.
Club News and Future Activities
The "climbing wall project" is progressing despite lock down restrictions. Mike and Jane will provide an update.
-The club AGM will be held tonight
- Raffle ticket selling dates at Bernadis are 2nd, 9th, & 10th December. See Geoff to put your name down to fill the vacant time slots.
- Fundraising BBQ's are being held on Sat 4th & at Sat 18th December. Helpers are required for each of the 8->10.30 and 10.30--> 1pm shifts on both days.
- The club Christmas Party will be an evening function on Sat 11th December at Mike & Jane's place on Guyong Rd.
- the proposed club visit by Brindabella E-Club has been postponed to a date to be fixed next year , probably March.
- our next Market Day will be in February 2022. Many of our stall holders come from areas that are still under " stay-at-home " health orders.
