Please let Michael Cook know if you are approaching or have approached a prospective sponsor for the golf tournament. That way we can coordinate to prevent contacting a prospect multiple times.
A Note on Guests
If you bring guests and/or prospective members to our weekly Rotary meetings, please let Lynn Munden know by Friday of the week before. This is especially important so that high school security can be prepared to allow entry. Also, this helps plan to have enough food for everyone on those days that lunch is provided. Rotary members pay for their guests' meals (excluding the speaker). Orlando adds it to monthly dues.
