If you bring guests to our weekly Rotary meetings, please let Lynn Munden know by Friday of the week before so there is enough food for everyone. We have more members attending each week, which is great, but Lynn needs to know about extras. Rotary members pay for their guests' meals (excluding the speaker). Orlando adds it to monthly dues.
A note about scheduling speakers: it is each Rotarian's responsibility to schedule a speaker for the assigned date. Honorary and new members are exempt from this responsibility, as is the club president. If a Rotarian needs to change the date he or she is assigned, it is the Rotarian's responsibility to trade dates with another Rotarian and inform both Maritia Barham and Curt Norman.
