Brady Rotary Club Business from Tuesday, March 3, 2026
There will be no meeting on March 10.
March 17 we will meet at the Brady High School library. Please try to arrive a bit early to allow time to get through check-in. After your first time checking in, it's expected that subsequent check-ins will go faster.
The 200 brochures for the golf tournament were delivered. Some members took some to distribute to sponsors. Michael Cook has the rest. Those who would like to pick some up can contact him. A link to the brochure in pdf is further down in this bulletin. If that link breaks, you should be able to download it from our website.
The list of businesses for potential sponsorship were emailed to members last week. It's encouraged that those who know a prospective sponsor be the ones to solicit a sponsorship, as they would be more likely than a stranger to be successful. Please let Michael know who you plan to approach to help with coordinating our efforts.
Larry suggested that we also encourage people to play in the tournament. That might be a fallback encouragement if someone decides not to sponsor.
A Note on Guests
If you bring guests and/or prospective members to our weekly Rotary meetings, please let Lynn Munden know by Friday of the week before. This is especially important so that high school security can be prepared to allow entry. Also, this helps plan to have enough food for everyone. Rotary members pay for their guests' meals (excluding the speaker). Orlando adds it to monthly dues.
