Dear Rotary Club Members,

I hope you are doing well. I am pleased to announce that our District Governor, Kristen Salazar, will visit our club on Tuesday, August 6th.

This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our club's achievements and discuss our plans for the future.

Please note the schedule for the day:

Regular Club Meeting: 12:00 PM

Our meeting will be at our usual location:

Brady Methodist Church, 401 South Blackburn Street, Brady, TX 76825.

Given this visit, we will need to adjust our guest speaker schedule. Dr. Martinez, who was scheduled to bring a speaker next week, will now be rescheduled for the following week. We will bump all scheduled speakers by one week to accommodate this change.

I'd like to encourage everyone to attend and participate actively. Let's make a strong impression and support the District Governor.

The schedule for Speaker Hosts:

A note about scheduling speakers: it is each Rotarian's responsibility to schedule a speaker for the assigned date. Honorary and new members are exempt from this responsibility, as is the club president. If a Rotarian needs to change the date he or she is assigned, it is the Rotarian's responsibility to trade dates with another Rotarian and inform both Maritia Barham and Curt Norman.
