If you are bringing guests to our weekly Rotary meetings, please let me (Lynn) know the week before (at least by the Friday before) so there is enough food for everyone. We are having more members attend each week which is super great, but I need to know about extras.
Also, just FYI, Rotary members pay for their guests' meals. Orlando adds it to monthly dues.

A note about scheduling speakers: it is each Rotarian's responsibility to schedule a speaker for the assigned date. Honorary and new members are exempt from this responsibility, as is the club president. If a Rotarian needs to change the date he or she is assigned, it is the Rotarian's responsibility to trade dates with another Rotarian and inform both Maritia Barham and Curt Norman.
