It was announced that our club's grant request check of $15K for the refurbishment of Casa Care should be received in a couple days. Thank you to the G. Rollie White Trust for the continued support!
The annual Thanksgiving bake sale is slated for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It would be best to bring two of each item on Wednesday morning around 9 am—one to be sold at each bank. It does not have to be a dessert, but could also be rolls. If Wednesday is not possible for you, then you may be able to bring baked goods to the banks on late Tuesday afternoon.
This year's fan drive is set for Saturday, December 13 at Keith's Ace Hardware. A sign-up sheet will be available in a future meeting.
Frontera Healthcare CFO Kelly Christie described how the community has come together to help fund its current renovation.

A Note on Guests
If you bring guests and/or prospective members to our weekly Rotary meetings, please let Lynn Munden know by Friday of the week before so there is enough food for everyone. We have more members attending each week, which is great, but Lynn needs to know about extras. Rotary members pay for their guests' meals (excluding the speaker). Orlando adds it to monthly dues.
