The Rotary Club of Roseville is thrilled to announce the arrival of the world's newest and youngest Rotarian, Aria Elizabeth Archuleta, born on September 8th. Both mother and child are doing well. Congratulations to proud mom Karissa, President Allen, and big brother Ethan!
