Rotary District Governor Brad Whittaker recently visited the Rotary Club of South Whidbey and updated members on the organization's local, national, and international events and programs. Club President L. Jay Ryan presented Governor Whittaker with a donation to the Rotary Foundation and Good Cheer in recognition of his visit.
