The Rotary Club of South Whidbey recently awarded four $3000 Levi Watanabe Scholarships to graduating seniors from South Whidbey High School. Pictured here are two of the four recipients, Carli Newman and Michael Maddux, accompanied by his parents Patricia and Brian Maddux. The scholarships are provided annually by the RCSW and named in memory of Levi Watanabe, the grandson of a club member.
