The Rotary Club of South Whidbey recently awarded $21,000 in scholarships to graduating students from South Whidbey and Coupeville High Schools. Seven seniors each received a scholarship of $3000 to apply to their post-secondary education, which may include vocational programs. This is the largest amount ever provided in a single year by the Rotary Club of South Whidbey, which has donated $348,000 in scholarship funds since its inception in 1982.
