A barbeque was held at Robyn and Glyn Yates's farm last Tuesday. Nine RYE's were bused to their property by District Youth Exchange Chair, Ross Graffton (Rossmoyne Club)and District Secretary RYE Linda Bliney (Kattaning Club).

Glyn and Robyn had done a great job setting up near the river and we (RYE and Rotarians) enjoyed the barbeque in a very pleasant setting. John and Janine, Doug, Eric and Emma, Olna, Steve, were joined by the nine student and later our RYE Alice. It was good timing as quite a few cattle had new calves and the RYE's were fascinated.

Thanks to Robyn and Glyn for opening their house for the RYE's and hosting a wonderful evening. And to Ross and Linda for the superb organisation in getting their charges together.

Host families are the key to RYE and the nominations close on 31st March, so if you are in a position to host a RYE, please let our Youth Director, John Bylund know ASAP.
