Summer Concert Bands announced

Kris Rothenbuhler and her faithful concert committee have announced the selection of this summer's bands.

The 2023 Summer Concert Series will kick off on July 16 with the Brittany Collins Band.

The Naughty Blokes will hit the stage on July 23. The Blokes perform mostly original rock and roll with a Classic Rock flavor.

Lazy Acres will be entertaining us all on July 30. The high-energy PNW Rock-n-Roll band will surely keep Riverfront Park entertained!

Fortress of the Bear will wrap-up the 2023 concert series on August 6.

Club member Ruth Richardson, Sheena Burns, Kristine Kilcup and Kris Rothenbuhler attended the District 5050 Assembly in Surrey, BC on Saturday, March 25. They each attended breakout sessions to learn more about their areas of interest as club members, as well as meetings for their various club positions.

Rotarians gathered at John Janicki's house last weekend for an Auction Work Party.

It was all hands on deck to complete the work, but Rotarians had a lot of fun in the process! Work parties are one of the best opportunities to build goodwill and better friendships!

At the District 5050 Assembly, we were challenged to have each Rotarian donate $76 through the Miss Vicky Drives for Rotary event. For our club, that’s a $7,600 commitment. Click on the link above to donate!

March 30 Meeting

Please plan on attending an evening meeting with the Mount Vernon Rotary Club next Thursday, March 30, at 5 p.m. at the Community Center. We'll have Cheryl's famous fried chicken for dinner!

There will be no luncheon on March 30!

Bingo & Dinner

Please join us for a fun night of BINGO & Spaghetti Dinner on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Community Center

Dinner will start at 5:30 with BINGO at 6.

Dinner and BINGO for Adults is $10.

Dinner and BINGO for youth is $5.

Team April has lined up some great programs!

On April 6, Sedro-Woolley Rodeo Queen Maddy Durkin will speak about the upcoming rodeo season.

On April 13, Nate Martin and Josh Requa will give updates about Sedro-Woolley's youth baseball.

On April 20, Mike Appleby from Chicago Title will provide a housing market update.

On April 27, Teak Martin will share information about his latest trip to Honduras.
