President, Skagit College

Dr. Tom Keegan became President of Skagit Valley College in March 2012.  Prior to joining SVC, he was President of Peninsula College for 11 years.  Tom has 36 years experience in Washington's community and technical college system.

Dr Keegan currently serves on the Northwest Workforce Development Council, the Administrative Council of the Northwest Career and Technical Academy, the Washington Association of Community and Technical College Presidents, and is Chair of the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC) Board of Directors.
