Embracing Those Leaving the Underground

Chris Hoke is an author, chaplain, and counselor to many who have been a part of gang ministries in Skagit County.  He provides a great deal of support to those who are in our jail, and provides direction and support for those who are leaving incarceration.  Chris is always trying to find ways to help those who have been inmates become welcomed in our community--and break the terrible cycle of gang life.  Neaners was once a convicted felon who met Chris in jail.  He has totally turned his life around, and is now working directly with Chris to provide hope and support to those associated with gangs and incarceration.
