Christmas Social – December 10th at the Inman’s – Details include a gathering time starting at 5:30pm.  Rick/Colleen will be providing the food/soft drinks – Tim S. will be coordinating the adult beverages on behalf of the Club.  A collection of non-perishable food items will be held to help fill a “Christmas Food Basket” for our Adopt-a-Family.  Please consider bringing an item or two.
 
  1. (Bob G.) Adopt a Family – Christmas 2018 – Details include providing wish lists for each of the five family members.   Please contact Colleen with interest.  In addition, monetary donations are available.  Signup sheets are available in the binder.
 
  1. (Bob G.) Salvation Army Bell Ringing – December 21st 12pm-8pm.  Sign up is available in the “binder” and on-line – please designate your specific shift(s)
 
  1.  (Bob G.) Meals on Wheels, 2018 is in the books – dates for 2019 are available and will start with January
 
  1. (Bob G.) Annual Rose Sale (Colleen I) – Final report – financial impact?
 
  1. (Bob G.) Christmas Trolley Ride – Volunteer Support needed.  Opportunities/Sign up is being passed in the binder.
 
  1. (Bob G.) President-Elect interest (and consideration of the broader theme of membership development)?  Positions needing to be filled include: President – elect  for 2019-20 and President-elect designate for 2020-21.

Reminder: collection box for recycling items for The Haven.  Items are in the closet with other Rotary Club items.   Any CLEAN recyclable plastic item can be collected.   While the Club will maintain a collection box, members can also deliver their items directly to The Haven during normal business hours.
            
 
  1. (Bob G.) Happy Bucks- Kim H. facilitated the process with the collection designated for The Haven.  He then passed the buck to Steve R.

The Haven’s Mission is to advocate for homeless men while providing community resources and an interfaith approach towards self-sufficiency.These core values have been adopted and embraced by The Haven of Manitowoc County as our guiding principles:
