Building your Team and Fundraising
  • Fundraising is optional, though 100% is tax-deductible and 100% supports our cause *.
  • Teams are open to organizing as you wish; Corporate Teams, Family Teams, Social Teams, and Bicycle Club or Bike Shop Teams.
  • Teams do not have to ride the same route; in other words, some could ride the 25-miler, some the 65, and others virtually.
  • The top three (3) largest teams and three (3) largest fundraisers, by teams and by individuals, will be mentioned in the post-ride press release. All teams participating will be listed on the website. Announcements will be made on this page by June 1, 2021.
Organizing Your Team
  • As a Team Leader,
    • Change as of 5/1/2021: Team leaders do not check in the team members nor pick up the team goodie bags.
    • It is your responsibility to know where information about the Rotary Ride is found (FAQ page and, here, the Team page)
    • Fundraising checks and cash can be handed in at check-in by the Team Leader or by individual team members.
    • Before the ride, Team Leader(s) encourages each rider to complete a waiver & photo release form. 
    • REMIND your team members ... at check-in to have ready their completed waiver & photo release and a valid ID.
  • Decide on a Team Name and set a fundraising goal.
  • Get a promo code to extend the Early Bird registration fees until April 30, 2021, at 11:59 pm.
    • Send an email to get your code
    • Include Team Name, Team Leader's Name, email  & cell #, and the estimated number of riders (in-person and/or virtual).
  • Use the "Join The Team poster" to share the Team Name and the promo code with your Team members
  • Riders complete their own registrations online and join your Team when they enter your Team Name when prompted.
  • Up to the day of the event, riders can join your Team using the online registration or during the in-person registration process.
  • Note: Late Registration Fees apply on May 1st.
Fundraising
  • Online: Through online registration, Team members can make a donation (in $50.00 increments).
  • Checks: make checks payable to the Cedarburg-Grafton Rotary Foundation and turn in at check-in or mail to Cedarburg-Grafton Rotary Foundation,  PO Box 194,  Cedarburg,  WI   53012

Other important Due Dates regarding registrations:
  • Apr 30, 2021                 Guaranteed T-shirt will be included at check-in if registered by this date.
  • Apr 30, 2021                 Last day to use the Team Promo Code to extend the Early-Bird registration fees.
  • May 1, 2021                  Late Registration Fees apply.
  • May 20, 2021               The last day to register online.
  • May 21 & 22                 Eve & Event Day! In-person registration at Check-In >>> Yes, you can still join a team during in-person registration.
