Dear Presidents and some Youth Directors
The Rotary Club of Gosford City is looking for help from the members of the other 13 Clubs across the Central Coast with securing the services of 4 volunteers who can commit a day to light duties in Erina (catering, tea and coffee, general admin etc.) It is for the MUNA event which the Gosford City Club administers and oversees every year.
The details are 8.00am to 3.30pm on Thursday May 23, 2019 at the Hub, Erina Fair. We have had an enthusiastic response from the schools and should have about 25 teams from schools in nearly all clubs geographies represented.

We have one person that has committed to volunteering on the day (thank you Gordon C). I'd be grateful for your assistance in promoting this event throughout your Clubs so that we come up with the additional three volunteers.
