Father Rod Bower of Gosford Anglican Church brought his vulnerability, humor, passion and aspirational heart to our meeting this week where the theme was good people becoming just people.  We heard that Father Rod’s personal journey informed his convictions around no longer walking passed difficult or uncomfortable issues but to call them out. 
 
 
How Father Rod has drawn strength from what he describes feeling “out of place” manifested itself in his mind as he grew up in NSW’s Hunter Region with his adopted parents was expressed and given purpose through his underdog spirit was which propelled him to fight for social justice later in life when he found his Christian calling.
